- Fast Shipping – Within 2 Business Days! - Clients in Florida often receive their orders as soon as the next business day. Naturally shipping times vary depending upon shipping distance and can vary between 2 – 7 business days.
Although we cannot ship to PO boxes, we will work with you to arrange for APO shipping whenever possible.
- International Shipping - We excel in international shipping and often ship orders to the UK, Germany, Finland, Norway, Australia and even South Africa. Call us to discuss any special shipping requirements.

- Manufacturer’s Warranties - All merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
If you:
- Find the product unsatisfactory:
If, within ten days of purchase, you feel that the product fails to live up to your expectations, return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully refund you 100% of the purchase price. Call us at 1-305-594-7800 to make arrangement for returning your product.
- Received a defective product or we sent you the wrong product:
Please call us at 1-305-594-7800 so we can arrange to pickup the defective/incorrect item at no charge to you, and send the correct replacement. The item must include its original packaging, and be in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable). Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
- Ordered the wrong size:
If you would like an exchange for an order you placed, please call us at1-305-594-7800. If you request a replacement, we will ship it after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement immediately, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), and place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have the product available and a credit will be applied approximately 7 days after we receive the product(s) you are returning in their original condition. We strongly recommend you insure your shipment and record the tracking number. A 16% restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
NOTE: We cannot issue a refund for shipping charges, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
We strongly encourage using FEDEX for shipping.
